| We process all booking requests within one to two business days. "By request" system allows us to have better rates and should your first choice hotel be unavailable, we would offer you the best possible alternative. Once the hotel is booked, you will receive a booking confirmation along with credit charge authorization form. All you need to do fill in the form and e-mail it to us within the next 2 days in order to secure your reservation.
Should you change or cancel your reservation anytime up to 14 business days prior to your check-in date , a one time administration fee of 10% of total amount will apply. In the event of late cancellation or a no-show, a charge for a one-night stay plus 10% of total amount (administration fee) , will be applied to your credit card.
You can review your current reservation, verify the hotel confirmation number, change your hotel stay dates, add airport transfers to your request or cancel your entire hotel stay should your plans change.
